These are tools from Arrowhead Forensics which serves Law Enforcement Professionals.

These are flourescent powders that can be dtected with a UV lamp. Spread it around where the perps wander and you'l get a good view of tracks.

Who understands unlawful behavior better than people who are stalked and harassed 24/7 for decades. Time to get the tools to collect the hard evidence.
