SATURDAY NIGHT PODCAST

My apologies to everyone for the unpleasantness of this past week and all the chaos of last week's call.  Some of this could have been avoided had we not had a discussion about the case analysis at the conference call last Saturday.  I don't usually discuss group business or anything of a potentially contentious nature at the conference call.   For this I convene a separate meeting.  I wasn't thinking clearly at that point in time to suggest this discussion.  So my apologies for this.  I'll be careful to avoid this scenario in the future. 

Further, I felt I had to ask this person not to return to our conference calls.  I've not ever had to do this to a TI and I was very reluctant, but things just got way out of hand and enough was just enough.  Plus, we cannot have a repeat performance of this divisive, destructive behavior heaped upon us, which given the nature of this individual would surely occur with potentially far worse ramifications down the road as we continue to grow and expand and encounter more complex issues.

I must say also that this group has responded in fine form to these recent attacks, which seem to have the signs of an orchestrated attempt of division.  The response to this tactic however, has instead reinforced a sense of unity and purpose within our organization and for that I am truly grateful and applaud all of your efforts in keeping us ontrack.  In that regard, it was a fine moment for FFCHS. 

TI SURVEYS

Thanks to all who are working on the questionnaires.  They will be important for the attorney in evaluating our claims.  Since many of you are working on the one for the attorney, I'm holding off a bit on sending the finalized version for our group, which the attorney will review also.  I think they should probably be about a week apart so as not to  overwhelm everyone with forms.  So I'll be sending around our finalized version of the survey around Monday or so. 

Also, I plan to post both forms at the website.

THE LAWYER

Last Saturday, the FFCHS board, a group of about 20-plus TI's, and I gathered to discuss and vote on working with the lawyer that we have found instead of proceeding with the case analysis that we had proposed to do with the National Legal Professionals Association.  The original idea behind our doing the case analysis was so that we could more easily locate a lawyer.  Now that we have found one, it seemed obvious to me and to the group that voted for him unanimously, that we should proceed with this individual rather than spending the money on a case analysis. 

In my first conversation with the lawyer, I asked him if we should do the case analysis that we were just about have done.  His response was that we should not do one since he would be doing his own analysis anyway.  And in asking around, I discovered that most lawyers would rather do their own case analysis rather than using someone else's work. Had I known this at first, I would not have requested this money, however now that I know this, I'm glad that we didn't spend the money on the case analysis because it was something that was not needed.  We can now apply our legal fund directly towards the attorney's retainer fee, which is about what we raised: $3000.00.

Most people seemed to understand this and agreed to proceed with working with this lawyer.  However, a few people feel that we should do the case analysis anyway, instead of working with the lawyer and are throwing around some very serious accusations of deception, false advertising and reneging on a binding contract.  From my perspective (and I'm far from alone in this), this is an extreme distortion of the basic facts.  To my knowledge, I and the board have been as transparent as possible, keeping everyone informed and involved every step of the way regarding our dealings with our search for an attorney and the use of the funds, which at this time are still unspent.   

Personally, I feel that money is too difficult for some of us come by, to waste it on something that is unnecessary.  I feel that we were fortunate enough in this instance to learn this before we spent the money on a step that we don't need to take.

What I and the board propose to hopefully settle this, is that those who are so dissatisfied with the majority decision may request a refund of their contribution and withdraw from the lawsuit. 

We will probably discuss this further at the call Saturday evening.

The TI survey is nearly complete. I'm still doing a little tweaking on it per all the great feedback I received from some of you which will enhance it considerably.  It should be ready to go out sometime this weekend or Monday.

Ok, I learned this one from a man from Japan. He says, 'find the switch on your microwave oven and find something that isn't steel and pin the switch so the microwave thinks the door is closed. Put the microwave oven on a stool or a chair that spins and aim the oven with it on, in the direction you believe the signal is coming from'.

It blows their systems. Remember to stand behind the microwave when doing this and never walk into the path of the open door while it is operating.  It works.  I did it.  Not only did I lose at least one of the people but the rest lowered it down big time. And the way you can learn the direction of the signal is from the online satellite monitoring.  Also, as a storm comes in from its direction, the signal always drops.

***COMMUNITY CONFERENCE CALL RE:  LAWYER FOR FFCHS 

For the past week or so, the FFCHS board members and I have been in talks with a lawyer who is willing to represent us in court regarding our issues.  He lives in Colorado and was in search of a government abuse case to work on.  He is someone that understands that the government is involved with many activities that are corrupt because of listening to various guests on Coast-to-Coast. 
 
I first talked to him last Thursday and the other board members talked to him yesterday.  He seems very interested in helping others and our group as well through his legal practice and has some ideas about how we need to proceed with our lawsuit.  Although some have been concerned that he is an independent attorney and not part of a law firm, he did state that he is willing to have other attorneys join with him on this massive project, which could save on time and money.
 
There are several factors to consider before we make a decision to hire this attorney and the FFCHS board and I feel that because of the importance of this decision, that the entire group should be involved in this process as well. 
 
Therefore, we would like to have a discussion about this issue this Saturday afternoon with the entire community.  We'll answer as many questions as we have knowledge of at this point and then have a vote.   Here are the call-in details:

UPDATE:  THE RIBBON CAMPAIGN

We are still working on the ribbon campaign.  Some concern has been expressed as to the symbolism and mysticism involved with the Indigo ribbon.  And since noone has been able to get a response from the makers of the Indigo Ribbon, this has raised suspicion.  Therefore, we have decided to launch our own ribbon campaign - having a ribbon is still a great idea - using a different color.  The color selected is orange since that is not used as much as some of the others, and symbolizing the "Dawn - our emerging from the darkness".  What we need now is a slogan to place on the ribbon that would tell people what the ribbon is about.  Any suggestions will be considered.  Something along the lines of awareness - TI Awareness? - would be good, only hopefully something more imaginative.  But we'll have a look at all suggestions.

that I've put together that has been found after years of testing &
enhancing that most definitely, stops & prevents at least three physical
torture affects. # 1 the vibrating of a victims bed & or self, # 2 the pain
that accompanies the first in normally in the persons abdominal area # 3
the re leave of to a good degree of anxiety, and # 4 helps most of the time
with upsetting dreams. If anyone of these results are witnessed by another
victim that would be of at least some relief. The device is very safe, cost
me about. $ 50.00 Canadian. The idea as I satiated above came from John
Mecca's site at <http://www.homeland-security-join.com/callallfriends.html>
called Jammer (11). It's fairly simple to make. My addition to the device
is to directly connect a AC/DC 3 Volt
cut down adapter to the ends of the wire leads that you soldier to the - &
+ terminals of the small 3 Volt electric motor that feeds a small AC
current to the device + recharges the two AA battery's in the device I
made, I've found because of the small amount of AC current that tends not
to be completely filtered out of AC to DC adapter helps with the random
changes of frequency that animates from the motor through the wire. Use
regular speaker wire from the adapter to the motor, about ten to fifteen
feet long, lay the Adapter on the floor beside your bed & the device across
the bed, leaving the wire under you at your lower abdominal area, or the
main area that your experiencing the vibration. for helping disturbing
dreams separate the two wires near the middle between the device
and the adapter bearing the insulation on each 1 to 2 inch's & fold a small
strip of aluminum foil to make contact to each side of just above your
temples with tape to keep in place on both sides of the head. Don't worry
about getting a shock, the amperage & voltage is way to low to do any harm.
the device will run all through the night and at the same time keep the
batter's from completely dyeing out. after you get up for the day you can
just turn off the device & leave the adapter plugged in to charge the
battery's for the next night. I used a small two "AA" battery operated fan
as the housing for the motor & battery's. In some instances the perps have
tried to get around or move the area that they are attacking you, answer
just move the wire under you to the same area that they move to, if for
instance your attempting to prevent stop the vibration. I'm still working
on ideas to make the device more effective. For pain put the device not the
adapter right on or beside the pain area, you will feel a bit of a buss
from the running of the motor, that small amount of buss will not keep you
awake. One other thing if you want to save on battery's, you can wire the
AC to Dc adaptor directly to the motor, & forget using batter's altogether.

Check this out, if you have two people in the same house being or outside if you know them well and can get along and are being harassed. Take your head and put it on theirs of vs. versa, while the people that are harassing and chatter boxing to find the best way to lower the frequency. I did it last night for over an hour, my daughter and I put are heads together and they turned hers off because it was jamming both frequencies. So the fact remains, each person has its own frequency and when two frequencies are crossed it cross jams the signal.

To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Kevin Burnor. I am a victim of torture and other ¨Crimes Against Humanity¨ currently perpetrated against me by the US Government. By way of review, on March 29 2004 I forwarded an email to the Department of Justice requesting assistance with my VA claim as I was illegally processed as incompetent without due process of law by Niel E. Nielsen, Dennis Uldrecht, Mike Seitler and others despite my written requests otherwise. These parties are merely the tip of the iceburg as regards the crimes committed against me and my family to date. Numerous doctors, attorneys, social workers and others are involved in what has been a most hideous attrocity committed against me by those I listed above as well as those I have not listed. For example, Doctor Mann was responsible for microchips being burned into my colon during a colonoscopy as well as neuro-radios being placed under the skin in my ears and a GPS being placed in the roof of my mouth. this was done just 35 days after the Whistleblower report I filed as mentioned above. After this was done I consulted with an attorney who did some research and told me the VA had done this to me in conjuction with the University of California but she never followed up to help me from that time on. In June of 2005 I was abducted from my apartment by Mark Mirowski and Mike Green accompanied by a friend of Mike Green named Mattew ?. They took me to an ambulance where I was transported to the Mather Hospital and brought to the fourth floor which at that time was an unused wing of that hospital. During my four day tenure there I was brutally tortured even to the point of death as I refused to sign papers which would release these perpetrators from responsibility for what they had done. I am told I did not sign. This was done June 6 through June 10, 2005. During that time, according to the stories of my perpetrators and images shared with me of the incident, Niel E. Nielson raped me right in the hostipal, bending me over an examination table and pentrating me anally right there in the hospital. When I was dropped back off in my apartment by Mark Mirowski and Mike Green on June 10, 2005 I was very, very ill. My tongue had been ripped into quarters and my anus was lubricated. However, the last thing I remembered was a nurse telling me everything would be alright while she gave me an injection. I immediately returned to the hospital where I was transferred to a civilian hospital for observation as my doctor, Edwin Eaton, had told doctors in the Emergency Room that I had attempted suicide on June 3, 2006 and had slept until June 10, 2006. This was totally untrue and is supported by the fact that Dr. Eaton had made an entry into my medical record on June 8, 2005 saying I was delusional. In all the years I had been disabled, due to what I have learned now to be directed energy weapons used on me by the US Government. This was later confirmed when during an investigation I received in Puerto Rico where I fled for amnesty and an investigation CTScans proved that I had an entire microchip body suit with far more chips than I had witnessed put in me by the doctors I mentioned earlier. I am assuming that my four day torture session also included these chips being placed in me. Since that time I returned to the US after the invesitgator told me he could not help me because the US Government would not allow him to as I was a national security risk. He did however, call my family of origin in my presence to confirm that I am not crazy and that all I had been saying, and much more, was true. He told me he could no longer help me as he has children to and he did not want to happen to him what had happened to me. While in Puerto Rico I filed claims regarding all of the listed problems and Mr. Tirado of the San Juan VA Office told me he lost them. Hence, I personally placed them in his hands as he said he would personally handle my case. He again lost them so I put them into the hands of the person responsible for these cases. Once again, they were lost. I realized I was in the middle of a continued conspiracy so I went back to the continental US for assistance since I now had proof of what had transpired. In Massachusetts I ran into the same problems so I went to a rally in Washington DC for victims of these crimes and spent five months there lobbying and canvasing all the US Govt offices that could possibly be involved. The DOJ refused to allow me to present my case and refused me entrance. The same with the FBI, CIA, DIA, NSA and etc. Every major media refused to cover my case except one reporter from the Washington Post, Sharon Weinberger, who later wrote an article about this problem, published November 14, 2006. It was basically a washed down, disinformation report, but nevertheless, it shows that many other people were there in Washington DC with the same story. Of course, our story fell on deaf ears. I then left Washington DC for Venezuela where I spent eight months learning that the international agreements between Venezuela and the US regarding this issue are stronger than the falling out publicized about Presidents Bush and Chavez. However, during my time in Venezuela I went to the Police Intelligence my second day there. They told me I was the second person to arrive with this complaint in there country in two weeks. However, they did not lift a finger to help me. I visited military intelligence and they took my papers to make copies and kept the Whistleblower Report. No problem, I have copies and by now, many of you have those copies also. I met with Guiermo Kirril who identified himself as a representative of the Vz DOJ who refused to help me unless I could take the chips out and hand them to him. I met with Armando Peña, a producer at Channel 8 on at least four occassions who said he passed my papers on to Eva Gollinger, one of President Chavez notorious attornies here in Vz. She did nothing to help and Channel 8 did nothing to help also. I met with the minister of media to tell him of my problem and he simply called Guiermo Kirril and never handled the case. As I said, Vz´s response was identical to that of the US Governement. I sent all of my information to the US VA Dept including the head of the VA and the VA IG. They refused to help and gave me the exact same run around. Please be advised: This is not simply a case of being illegally implanted with microchips. From day one of the implantation my assigned operatives have engaged in using this technology to torture me. I am subjected to every manner of torture you can possibly imagine. Nothing is being done to assist me to this day and I am constantly barraged with a hell to horrible to imagine. My children have been without a father for 13 years now and all for what? My status as incompetent has not changed dispite the fact that I have negotiated all of this successfully for some years now. Niel E. Nielson orchestrated this. Why has he not be investigated and tried? These crimes against humanity are forbidden by both national laws and international treaties. My property and monies have been stolen on more than one occasion to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars at this time in lost properties, funds and wages. I am tortured daily and subjected to experiments conducted by the US VA and the U of California and all against my consent and my will. When will you stop this? When will you remove these chips and restore me back to my life? When will my claims be processed? How can you ever compensate me or the hundreds and thousands of others experiencing these crimes? If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Please help me stop this. Be advised, this email is being sent out for publication. Be advised: I will never stop my campaign to bring the criminals responsible for these injustices before honest judges until justice is served. May the God of the Universe shine His Light on these attocities and expose all who slink in the darkness and destroy the very fabric of One Nation Under God, Indivisible, With Liberty and Justice for All. LEGAL FUND DRIVE
Many thanks to all of you who have so generously contributed to our legal fund drive.  As you can see, we are very, very, nearly at our goal.  $2451.75 of the $2500 needed to start our legal research.  So at this time, we need to start thinking about sending in our information to the NLPA, the research firm.  If you have not done so already, you'll want to begin preparing your story of harassment for submission to the firm along with a survey form that we will provide.  We'll want to have a form for everyone to send sometime this week or by the next newsletter so that the information sent to the firm can be more readily processed.

This ribbon campaign started by the owner of the above site, is an excellent marketing vehicle for our cause.  Most everyone who has heard of it has been supportive of it. There are various uses that I see with this:
 
a) The emblem can be added to any flyers or informational materials that we are using or wish to develop.  
 
b) We can purchase some ribbons and send them out to congressional or local officials as well as to friends and family.
 
c) We can also mail send some of the ribbons to any media contacts that we know of. 
 
This year we want to focus a lot on public awareness of our issues and getting the word out to as many as possible.  The Indigo Ribbon Campaign can be quite helpful in realizing this goal.

BIDEN, COLLINS Resolution Designates January as National Stalking Awareness Month

Washington, DC - U.S. Senators Joseph R. Biden, Jr. (D-DE) and Susan Collins (R-ME) introduced a resolution designating January as National Stalking Awareness Month. This is the fifth consecutive year the Senate has considered the resolution, which applauds the efforts of policymakers, law enforcement officers, victim service providers, and other groups that currently promote stalking awareness.
"Stalking is not a one-time occurrence; this is a crime that leaves its victim fearful 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No place - not even home - is safe if a stalker knows where the victim lives. Victims spend their days and nights looking over their shoulder, often changing jobs, relocating their homes, and even changing their appearance to escape the stalker," said Sen. Biden, author of the landmark Violence Against Women Act. In many instances, victims usually know their stalkers and 81 percent of women victims are also physically assaulted by their stalker. "January is National Stalking Awareness Month - the perfect opportunity for parents, lawmakers and community leaders to carefully review state and local laws on stalking and insist that laws keep pace with technology and protect victims."
"I am pleased to join my colleague, Senator Biden, in introducing a Resolution marking January as National Stalking Awareness Month," said Sen. Collins. "In my home state of Maine, domestic violence is a widespread problem. Many experts have concluded that there is a strong connection between stalking and violence toward women. Efforts, such as National Stalking Awareness Month, help raise awareness about this serious and potentially deadly crime."
According to the National Center for Victims of Crime and the Stalking Resource Center, approximately 1 million women and 400,000 men are victims of stalking in this country annually. 1 in 12 women and 1 in 45 men will be stalked at some point in their lives, as well as close to 13 percent of female college students. Moreover, today's technology has made stalking much easier, as stalkers can design websites to encourage others to monitor or harm their victim, install spyware on their victim's computer or plant global positioning systems (GPS) in their victim's car to track their victim's travels. Other technologies, including social networking websites, such as Facebook and MySpace, cell phones with surveillance devices meant for parents monitoring their children, and running shoes implanted with GPS devices, may provide additional opportunities for stalkers to harm their victims. While all fifty states have laws against stalking, only one-third of states have included language relating to stalking via electronic means.
"Stalking is a serious and potentially lethal crime," said Mary Lou Leary, executive director of the National Center for Victims of Crime. "We thank Senators Biden and Collins for introducing this National Stalking Awareness Month resolution, which will raise awareness about the impact of stalking on more than 1.4 million Americans each year."
"We can - and we must - do more to ensure that stalking victims are not forced to live in constant fear and that stalkers are brought to justice," added Sen. Biden.

I am very saddened by the death of Walter Bowart
"Operation Mind Control". He has been trying to get
the information about the Government Mind Control
program out to the public arena for over 40 years. I
met Walter many years ago and we hung out with each
other for about 1 year. I learned a lot from him. He
was one of my lecturers at the Controlled America
conferences in Los Angeles and I thanked him dearly
for all of his work. Another friend of mine in L.A.
and I worked out a project for Walter. We introduced
him to a well known Movie director and give him
Walter's book and his scripts he had written. I always
hoped that the Director would make a movie about our
info or at least add it to one of his movies but it
has not happened yet. I know that the director has had
many health problems in the past several years.
Walter was a great man and he gave his life to expose
this info. Thank you Walter.

One of my friends works for the Sheriff dept. and she stated that the department discovered an increase in vehicle being vandalized, without any breakage. The Criminals obtain the vehicle's Ven code number( usually found on the dash), contacts the dealer, verifies the ven number, and requests the key code number assigned to the auto. They are able to produce a copy of the key to the vehicle of interest. It's obviously happening more often than my girlfriend found out about, so everyone be sure to cover your vehicle code number on your car.

Here is a PBS special on the quiet zone located between Virginia and West Virginia. The Navy and NSA along with ATT built huge listening posts in 1959 that they disguised as radio telescopes. There is one real radio telescope operational in the area. The rest spy on communications and have other unknown uses. There is a truck called EMIT which goes around and locates sources of interference. No cell phones are allowed.

Some electronically harassed targets should go there and check it out. The Navy and NSA locations are off limits but the public’s radio telescope can be visited. Find out what frequency ranges and sensitivity the area is blocked out for. Be sure to stand under the dish. This will tell us more about the types of waveforms that are being used. Who knows, maybe it will provide relief for some targets.

**CONFRONTING CORPORATE CONTROL OF OUR COUNTRIES, CULTURES, AND CONSCIOUSNESS...
This article was published in last week's issue and for some reason, only 2 people from the state of California  has shown any interest in attending this important conference. I would urge those in California or nearby states to consider making it a point to be there for these reasons:
 
a) In case some of you aren't aware of this, ndependent media outlets have published many articles and stories about our targeting. Whereas the mainstream media has shut this topic out of its pages for the most part, indymedia has readily filled in on many occasions. If they are looking for ways to organize and publish their issues in a broader fashion, we should also be participants in this effort.
 
b) If anyone or hopefully a group of you could attend, you as a group should make plans now for outreach. Be sure to talk to Peter Phillips, the main organizer apparently.  He is aware of our issues and has helped several TI's in the past and has referred one of them to me. 
 
c) There may be many opportunities to network with those that have expertise in public relations or be involved in PR workshops where you can meet others that are wanting to make their issues known that are similar to ours. 
 
In short, PR is an area that this issue is in great need of.  To those that can, please make good use of this important opportunity.

PURPOSE
A collaborative gathering of media veterans, scholars, activists & whistleblowers to assess and deploy our most powerful tools and messages to rectify history, awaken a critical mass, and effectively expose the accelerating corporate coup d'état.

VISION
Truth movements that arise after pivotal events like electoral fraud, 9/11, key assassinations and false flag ops can/should become more than forensic inquiries into a single heinous crime. They can also expose wider patterns of illicit control, deception and propaganda, and use their revelations to rouse entire societies to reject a malignant status quo.
Consequently, this is not a media conference to dissect or condemn the conglomerates, demand reforms, or even celebrate the increasing vigor of independent journalism. It is intended as a strategy session for already active and influential players to coordinate their most revealing messages, forge tactical alliances, introduce new distribution technologies, and mutually enhance each other's strongest work.
All participants will play an active role in nominal group processes over the weekend that will prioritize sources, analysis methods, and distribution models for trustworthy news dedicated to renewing activism and democracy in America.

I have moved from California to Washington State. The attacks have followed me here. I would like to let you know, that I moved here due to my very sick mother-inlaw. I did not move to Washington to try and run away from the attacks. I talked to a friend who knows about these types of attacks on the American public. I was informed by my friend that  I will probably  suffer attacks by these perps for the rest of my life. The idea of being attacked for the rest of my life by these perps has brought new light into the way I will live my life. FOLLOW-UP FROM CINDY MITCHUM

I usually do not like to share any new developments of the Bill or further action, however, I want the group to know I have worked hard and with other scientists to bring and end to the illegal use of this electronic weaponry. I will not send the detail, of the Bill redraft language, however, here is the results of the work being done on our behalf.  Because of this, I have been targeted for death, as I was told a "(slow and painful death)."  I want you to know that I have not or will not back down and will continue this fight as long as I can. Most of the TI"s are electronically harassed and I feel for each and everyone of them, as I am being hit at a severe level. It would help to continue with the Shielding tips if anyone knows of anything please continue to keep them coming. My attacks are so severe, that most of the shielding devices tried and in combination have little to no effect.

For those TI's are are suffering other forms of harassments, gang stalking, ect, this Bill when introduced and PASSED will prohibit any illegal research, but specifically electronic harassment. We are all human guinea pigs, electronically harassed or not, and those who are not RF or EMR harassed are being targeted as research as well, regarding an individual's health, mental health can be effected and manipulated.  There is research done with individuals of a certain social/economic backgrounds.  This is often done in an effort to see how an individual reacts to stressful stimuli, such as a loss of a family member, job, career, marriage, when harassment/stalking and slanderous measures are used to destroy a person's life, and perhaps to induce them to commit suicide, all due to research from the military into interrogation techniques (how to make an individual "break down") in conjunction with psychiatrists. It all leads back to the age old military testing for purposes to be used against the enemy in an act of War. 

We are all guinea pigs, and this bill while preventing the electronic military weaponry will set a precedence to stop all illegal research and testing. Please tell the other TI's not to give up! Stay strong and may God bless you.

Dear Dr. Kwinn, Dr. Cole, Ms. Ross and Mr. Jenkins:

        I am writing to follow up on our hill visits with you on Thursday Dec. 6th.  I am copying Sharon and Richard Judge and Bernard Young on whose behalf we spoke with you about the Ewing's Sarcoma cancer cluster on Cape Cod.  Since 1997 the Judges have led the Cape Cod citizens' efforts to get full disclosure from the Air Force on its research into the human health effects of the PAVE PAWS radar installation and its implications for the health of the Cape Cod population.  Mr. Young is a Cape Cod resident, an engineer, and father of Holly Young, one of the Ewing's Sarcoma suffers who has just begun another round of radiation treatment. 

        I am copying Diana Warren and Magda Havas as we were the three who visited your offices regarding the inadequacy of US federal RF radiation health policy across the frequency spectrum.  I am including Cindy Mitchum of Georgia as well as she has been working with all of you to update and reintroduce Senator John Glenn's bill - The Human Research Subject Protection Act - to include prohibiting exposure of military personnel and civilian populations to RF radiation from military activities without their knowledge or consent.

        I am copying Louis Slesin, PhD, publisher of Microwave News for thirty years.  Dr. Slesin has written and published numerous articles chronicling the history of PAVE PAWS.

        While phased array technology was developed for PAVE PAWS military use, this technology is now found in the infrastructure design of personal wireless systems such as WiFi broadband networks.  The impact of this technology on human health in the civilian population will soon be widespread.  It is currently being deployed in businesses, university campuses, schools and residential neighborhoods.  See:

YourInter.Net deploys Navini Networks technology  Story posted: December 13, 2002
INDIANA, Pa.­YourInter.Net, a regional Internet service provider, has deployed Navini Networks Inc. nomadic wireless technology to provide broadband access to its customers.

The Navini Ripwave 2.4 GHz system deployment covers the Indiana University of Pennsylvania campus, Indiana Borough and parts of White Township. The system delivers multi-megabit broadband data rates over unlicensed spectrum and uses adaptive, phased array smart antenna technology to increase system capacity and minimize interference.

"This is one of the first commercial deployments of a non-line-of-sight, zero-install wireless broadband network using Navini equipment, and it follows a successful technology trial,” Navini said.

        I am sending several messages due to the length of the attachments to avoid difficulties in opening and downloading them.

        The attachment to this message was written by W. Ross Adey, MD, Distinguished Professor of Physiology at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, addressed to the 2002-2005 NAS PAVE PAWS Panel convened at the request of Senator Kennedy to study the health effects of PAVE PAWS radar.  Dr. Adey was asked to make a presentation in person but was not able to travel due to poor health.  Sadly he passed away in 2004.  However, he remains uniquely qualified to offer expert opinion on the health effects of RF radiation across the board, whether PAVE PAWS or personal wireless antenna radiation.  He was a medical doctor and professor of physiology as well as having expert understanding of the operation of radio communications systems.  He outlines his qualifications in the attached letter.  His work in EMR biological effects research spanned three decades, including research funded by the US military.

        Dr. Adey's letter is part of the public record of the 2002-2005 NAS PAVE PAWS review.  His letter makes clear why many in the Cape Cod population have no confidence in any activities funded by or claims made by the Air Force about the safety of PAVE PAWS radiation.  The Air Force has directed and manipulated both the research in this area of science and the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) standards setting activities based on that flawed research.  The Cape Cod public is well aware of this conflict that began with the testing of the facility in 1978 before the Air Force had completed an Environmental Impact Statement.  Two letters from 1978 to Sandwich residents document this:
Letter dated May 25, 1978 written by Senator Kennedy to Sandwich residents explaining that "...the Air Force is reporting to me the results of monitoring surveys to determine the exact levels of microwaves emitted during testing of the PAVE PAWS system . . ."
  Letter dated June 6, 1978 written by former Massachusetts Congressman Gerry E. Studds to the same Sandwich residents:  "...As you know, the Air Force agreed in early April to conduct an environmental impact statement on the effects of PAVE PAWS.  However, they have not agreed to suspend testing of the system until the impact statement is completed.  Unfortunately only a legal order can compel them to do so."
        This prompted the Cape Cod Environmental Coalition, Inc.(president: Gary Hirshberg/now of Stonyfield Farms) to bring a lawsuit against the Air Force to file an Environmental Impact Statement for PAVE PAWS.  According to Cape Cod resident and author Paul Brodeur in his book Currents of Death, "In November 1978, The Cape Cod Environmental Coalition agreed to suspend its lawsuit in return for the opportunity to participate in further environmental studies of the impact of PAVE PAWS - an almost meaningless concession on the part of the Air Force, which had already commissioned and was paying for environmental studies with several hundred thousand dollars of the taxpayers' money."  Brodeur went on to say, "Under the agreement, the Air Force was allowed to continue its construction of the radar, and the citizens' group was given twenty-one days to amend its legal complaint once the Air Force filed a final environmental impact statement with the EPA.  If, within this period of time, the Coalition failed to raise claims that the statement was insufficient, the court action would be dismissed."
        Further, according to Brodeur's book, "In September (1979), a group called Sandwich Citizens Rallied Against PAVE PAWS revived the lawsuit that had been filed by the Cape Cod Environmental Coalition, and asked the Federal District Court to find that the Air Force's final environmental impact statement was inadequate.  In early December, however, Federal District Judge Joseph Tauro granted a motion by the Air Force to dismiss the case.  In a four-page decision Judge Tauro ruled that 'the relevant provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act do not empower this court to make substantive decisions regarding technical matters disputed by the parties.'  He also ruled that two affidavits stating that microwave radiation might be a health hazard were not relevant, saying that they represented 'the speculation of experts.'  (One of the affidavits had been given by Ruth Hubbard, a professor of biology at Harvard.)"
       
        An additional chain of events illustrates the conflict of interest, or apparent conflict of interest, with regard to the Air Force's involvement  in oversight of PAVE PAWS health effects research involves former Secretary of the Air Force Sheila Widnall.  Cape Cod's Congressman Delahunt is on record through a October 7, 1997, letter addressed to Secretary Widnall inquiring about future plans for the Cape Cod PAVE PAWS.  Earlier that year Congressman Delahunt and then Governor Weld had approved the development of a new master plan for the entire 22,000 acre Massachusetts Military Reservation where PAVE PAWS is sited.   There was a series of public hearings in which the Judges participated as well as communicating to their elected officials their concerns about PAVE PAWS health effects.   Part of this process included the Community Assistance Panel (CAP) which came about due to a cooperative agreement with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) with funding from the Air Force.  Secretary Widnall later became a member of the Governing Board of the NAS that was responsible for approving the composition of the 2002-2005 NAS PAVE PAWS Panel.

        Given all of the history leading up to the current investigation of the Ewing's Sarcoma outbreak, it is imperative that the Air Force be keep in a position where it can assert no influence over the public process,  the research, or the release of information to the public.  The Cape Cod population has watched the public process fail them repeatedly since PAVE PAWS began operation in 1978.  Full documentation is available through videotapes of meetings and minutes of meetings as well as public and private letters exhibiting control by the Air Force over this process up to this time.

        The citizens of Massachusetts and Cape Cod strongly encourage Senator Kennedy and Senator Kerry to partner with the Judges and the Young family to require full public disclosure and transparency with regard to the pending Massachusetts Department of Public Health Ewing's Sarcoma study.  It serves no public interest for the suspicion and distrust to continue.

DECK THE HALLS WITH LOADS OF LAWSUITS...

'Tis the season to be filing.  There are currently three major legal actions regarding our issues occurring or starting up:

Petition Supreme Court Writ of Certiorari No. 07-706

TIME SENSITIVE  The most important case in our history, If lost, we will have no rights whatsoever. Dear Civil Rights Attorney: The Respondents “United States Government” are due to respond by Dec. 28, 07.        We are asking you to participate as a “Friend of the Court” to provide an Amicus Curiae in support of this case for all our sakes. The issues that you would be asked to write about are fairly well focused, such issues would be citations and legal arguments supporting the right of a citizen of any state of the union not to have those rights abrogated to Federal Authorities without Public Due Process; as the Petitioners were told by local police upon asking for their help, did reply “It's the Military, and we can not do anything about it or we will get into trouble”. Another issue is that technical advancements that current law does not take into account, might be addressed by your knowledge of extant common law. Last, that upon your interest to delve more deeply; you might find additional issues of importance that could help support the cause of restoring our rights. 2 A critically important Writ of Certiorari is before the Supreme Court that will forever effect our Constitutional Rights. If the case is lost it will mean the total loss of all civil rights! 3 The issue before the Supreme Court is whether, a “person” as defined under the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution can, during an investigation under color of law or by legislation be, punished without public due process; where as an example such persons are not physically restrained and are living in their own home, without being charged or even notified are subjected to covertly active torture and restraint. The torture mentioned is severe cruel and inhumane punishment using technology that is widely discussed publicly in such magazines as U.S. News, Senate Subcommittee Hearings into MK ULTRA, LEAA improprieties investigated under then Senator Sam Ervin and nowadays across the nation by citizens affected and unaffected collating information about this national disgrace. Extreme torture pain from electronic assault is what Petitioner's John Mecca and Deborah Lamb are suffering from, proven by IEEE test. Additionally an attached PDF affidavit admission called “Secret Service Admits” from a different case shows such technology and activities exist. We are in grave danger due to these daily assaults and need the help of patriotic individuals like yourself to bring it to a stop. 4 Similar issues are known to exist in MCA renditions, but in our case we are discussing “States Secrets Privileges” abuse where, under the banner umbrella of “Absolute and Qualified Immunity” for law or intelligence investigations, it is used to effectively prevent exposure of malfeasance through FOIA or Discovery in Court. It is known that the higher legal framework of the MCA and Presidential Authority together with DOJ policy enable dismissals with prejudice without notification to Plaintiffs by using States Secrets Privileges prerogatives. 5 That any person in the United States can be attacked covertly where there is no remedy because of “National Security” issues means nobody has any actual Constitutional rights at all. Our Writ of Certiorari cuts to the heart of the matter and could result in an exposure of such activities in the Supreme Court. 6 Your help in restoring the rights of the people is needed at this critical time. CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT STARTING

Dear Targeted Individuals:

We have been compelled to seriously organize class action law suits in every state because the deadly and lethal inflicted organized crimes against humanity have escalated, expanded, and are not documented in every court across the nation. Not only are there dead victims, because of the lack of human rights enforcement and arrests, there are children and families presently being killed behind these crimes.

 To this end, the scripted, patterned, and practiced disguised slow kill and disguised attempted murder operations, must end. Class action lawsuits are needed, to at minimum, document in the courts of America, the below inflicted lethal and deadly crimes via third party enjoinments:

 

• inflicted and ongoing economic crimes,
•  financial demise,
• Induced suicides,
• inflicted electromagnetic weaponry,
•  inflicted voice to skull obstructions,
• induced trauma,
• induced sleep deprivation, defraud sleep laboratory research,
• inflicted blasphemous rumors,
• poisonings,
• Repeated, multifaceted, inhumane lawless income lynchings and repeated, unwarranted, criminal income executions.
• criminal gang stalking,
• unconsented and criminal human experimentation,
• defraud neuroscience/deadly/lethal mind control,
• escalated inflicted bank fraud,
• non validated and or non verified targeted and escalated bank fees,
• inflicted identity theft,
• inhumane, uncivilized, insane and barbaric imposition and or criminal compelling of qualified, highly skilled, educated, willing and able to work people, to be forced to live off of social security, disability, and or public assistance, against one’s will,  integrity, capabilities, and future earning potential guarantees secured by God!

 

These are some of the crimes that have been inflicted on TI’s in some form or fashion. These are inflicted, deadly, lethal organized crimes and they are scripted, meaning patterned and practiced. This in itself, meaning the script, will facilitate identifying sponsors/perpetrators who have documented track records for using scripted deadly psychological operations on innocent human beings like us!

CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT UPDATE

This letter was written by a TI in Alaska named Tony Wilkerson to his representatives regarding filing.  It's also a follow-up to the October 29 conference call with Rep. Jim Guest.  He makes some good points in a relatively short letter.

         Recently Rep. Jim Guest (Rep. MO) attended a conference call to address a massive movement that is destroying, and dividing America and all its stands for. This movement involves the illegal use of the Verichip and RFID technology. This technology poses a serious threat to America’s privacy rights, and inflicts physical injuries to many of your constituents’.

If history has taught us anything; it should have taught us one thing; the use of America’s citizens for the advancement of science is unethical and illegal. One only has to look at the Tuskegee Experiment and how our Government allowed the use of a black community in Alabama for an illegal experiment to test the effects of untreated syphilis. This experiment went on for forty years until the media found out; another twenty years until the surviving victims received an apology.

Now we have a new threat to the American way of life. Electronics harassment devices, coupled with the F.B.I.’s program of Cointelpro are dividing Americans and creating Homeland terrorist groups that think they are above the law. Unfortunately the use of these devices leave, little or no evidence for victims. As victims speech out, authorities usually dismiss them as unstable individuals, allowing the abuse to continue.

What we are going through is an excuse to test military technology. Some of the people were placed in this program because they were a thorn in some agents side. Some because they were whistle-blowers. When was the last time that you heard of a domestic terrorist? What this technology does is make people distrust their governments, make innocent people look like they have mental illness, make dishonest agents and allow our military men and women to become all that they can be. In the 50's McCarthy called people into the senate and questioned them without any evidence that they had done anything. His excuse was that there were communist among us. He used fear as a means to destroy people's lives just as this administration and the few before it have done. They believe they have a real program that allows them to use two cent psychology to threaten and silence those that speak out. They forget that this country was founded by those that wanted freedom and were willing to fight for it. Edward R Morrow said it best when he said " How can we send our soldiers to fight for freedom when we have no freedom here" I recommend the movie Good Night and Good Luck as a eye opening to those that have no idea what is really happening to this country. We all want to feel safe but at the expense of living day to day under oppression. These perverts are responsible for suicides and basically that is nothing but murder when you torture someone and harass someone to that point. We need to stick together and remember that TI's do say and do strange things at times because they are targets and that is part of the governments program. Freedom has always won in the end. We just need to remember that we can fight back. Once the people figure out this program is being used and the real reason then nothing will stop the media because even they have sponsors that will want to promote something that public opinion is for. Hang in there everyone....there soon will be a break and the truth will survive the lies that have been told.

         In view of the recent hearings regarding improprieties involving Blackwater USA, the private security firm working under government contract in Iraq, we, the members of Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (freedomfchs.com), believe that Blackwater USA and other government defense contractors require oversight and investigation(s) into abusive practices with regard to directed energy weapons testing and warrantless surveillance activities on United States citizens. We believe that many of these contractors have formed harassment groups that prey upon innocent Americans every day using these weapons and surveillance equipment. These abusive practices operate in secret and affect many thousands of people across this country without their knowledge or consent.

There is a massive cover-up concerning these crimes and victims are being subjected to continuous mental and physical torture and degradation -- first, by means of what appears to be well-organized and well-financed multi-stalking, then, usually, the subsequent loss of jobs, followed by character defamation and extreme privacy invasion; all of which culminate in directed energy weapons victimization, along with continued stalking and harassment activities. Many of us are being treated as though we were terrorist suspects, with what appear to be various tracking mechanisms applied biotechnologically to our physical bodies. Home invasion and destruction of personal property is often a feature of this harassment which is completely unconstitutional and unwarranted for law-abiding citizens. This has remained mostly unreported to the general public.

Your attention is urgently needed to halt these atrocities and bring these extremist elements to justice. We are daily, many of us moment-by-moment, tormented in our own homes, while our personal possessions are being ransacked and destroyed by undetected weapons that were developed by the United States military, intelligence agencies, and other harassment groups. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are a growing segment of the population that is being denied basic constitutional rights that other Americans take for granted every day. OCTOBER 29 CONFERENCE CALL

Planning for this event is going along.  I'll post a program of events soon.  We'll be hearing from a number of TI speakers sharing about their targeting, with a special appearance by Nick Begich who as the author of the book, "Controlling the Human Mind", is to be with us to explain the directed energy weaponry and mind control technology to the listening audience.  Jim Guest, of course, will also be a featured speaker.  We'll also have a panel of community experts to field questions from the audience about the issues presented. 

So far, for the TI speakers, we have just about all women.  Aren't there any guys out there that want to talk to the congressional reps about their issue?  If so, let me know asap.

This project is still ongoing.  More new cases have been opened in New Jersey and the state of Washington this week. Our 'Shielding with Meditation' class continues this Tuesday with Debbie Newhook from Canada.  The class is going well thus far and we're hoping to develop a coping mechanism program for those who are targeted with the directed energy and the organized stalking as well.  Personally, I've been trying out some of the principles for the past couple of days with some interesting results.  I plan to continue working with this program and in the coming days see how this approach ultimately affects the targeting situation for myself and others.  Over the next few weeks, we'd like to hear from those who are making progress with this program.

Our series that we started last week,  "Shielding with the Mind" continues this Tuesday with a new presenter,  Debbie Newhook in Victoria, British Columbia.  She will be speaking about her experiences with meditation and how she is able to block out the intrusive voices and other symptoms of directed energy with meditation and shielding visualizations. Some people have had questions regarding how to apply the letter. So here are some guidelines to help you make the most of this rare opportunity:
 
a) We will most likely receive the most positive response from those that you know already or have been talking to.  You'll want to tell them about the call and invite them to participate, followed by sending them the letter. 
 
b) It can also be sent along with any other information about this issue that you were planning to send to someone.
 
c) Anyone can be invited.  We are focusing primarily on our congressional, state and local representatives and their staffs.  However, other professionals such as lawyers, doctors, social workers, community workers, those that work in civil and human rights groups, as well as the general public can and should be invited to the conference.
